These terms explain your use of Gate Rush (the app), provided by Torvmark Labs under the Torvi Studio brand (we, us, our). They supplement the applicable app licence and store terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
This page covers Gate Rush 1.6.0 on iOS and the Android beta. iOS 1.6.0 uses Unity advertising; Android and older iOS builds use Google advertising. Google Play purchases remain disabled during beta.

1. About these terms and the app
These terms explain the game-specific conditions for Gate Rush, Torvi Studio’s airport sorting puzzle for iOS and Android. They cover purchases, saved progress, rewards and use of related services. Google Play Billing is disabled during the Android beta. When purchases are enabled, they will be handled through Google Play Billing under the applicable Google Play terms.
App Store downloads and purchases are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions applicable to your country or region. These store terms are separate from the app licence and the app-specific conditions on this page.
2. License and responsible use
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to App Store downloads unless a custom licence is stated. These app-specific terms supplement the licence; they do not replace it.
Play fairly: do not falsify purchases, manipulate reward claims or disrupt other players or the game’s services. Statutory rights and applicable open-source licenses are not restricted by this paragraph.
3. Purchases, subscriptions and access
The iOS game offers optional in-app purchases; Google Play purchases are disabled during the Android beta. Check the product description, contents and price shown by the store before confirming. Coins, hearts, powerups and styles are in-game features, not currency redeemable for money. We do not offer cash redemption or trading outside the game. These limitations do not affect your rights concerning paid content. Purchase verification may require an internet connection and the game’s verification services.
4. Restoring purchases and refunds
Restoring eligible permanent purchases is different from restoring a saved game. It does not grant already-used consumables again. Use the same store account and contact support if verified content is missing. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google accounts. For refund requests, follow Apple’s instructions or Google Play’s refund process. Eligibility depends on the purchase, applicable rules and consumer law.
5. Use and app-specific limitations
Advertising and privacy choices
Gate Rush includes optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements at selected breaks. A rewarded advertisement must meet the conditions shown in the app before its reward is granted. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Firebase gameplay Analytics is optional and disabled by default; it is separate from advertising choices and Apple tracking permission. Reading or accepting these terms does not enable Analytics or give advertising consent.
iOS 1.6.0 uses Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads and Unity Ad Quality. Allow personalization and Use non-personalized ads both allow ads and the same rewards. The choice can be changed through Settings → Privacy options; previous Google choices are not treated as Unity permission. The new integration does not request new ATT permission, and personalization requires both the app choice and existing iOS permission. Android and older iOS builds continue to use AdMob and UMP. Declining iOS tracking does not automatically stop general ads, and non-personalized ads still process technical data. See the privacy policy.
6. Storage, sync and platform services
Progress is stored on your device. Optional iCloud on Apple devices and Google Play Games Cloud Save on Android can restore eligible saves, including progression, styles and saved item balances. When saves conflict, a complete save is selected; balances are not added together. An unfinished board is not part of the cloud save. There is no cross-platform save transfer between iOS and Android. Check the selected save before replacing progress. Game Center and Google Play Games features depend on your platform account and settings.
7. Optional features and third-party services
Rewards and campaigns
Creator Pack is an optional campaign reward. Follow the campaign link and the eligibility and claim instructions shown in the app. The same pack is granted only once per eligible player and device; using another source link, reinstalling or deleting that account does not create a new entitlement. Claims are validated by the server. Campaign source, code and fulfilment status are processed as described in the privacy policy. If an eligible claim fails, contact support rather than repeatedly resetting your game.
8. Privacy and deletion
Gate Rush can create a pseudonymous Firebase account for Creator Pack. When Google Play purchases are enabled, Android purchase verification may also create one. StoreKit purchases on iOS do not create a Firebase account. This is not a named Torvi Studio login. You can use Settings → Delete anonymous account and online data to request deletion of that account and the associated data covered by the deletion function. The deletion update is available from Android 1.4.2 (21). When purchases are enabled, this flow also handles a new account created by a subsequent purchase; unresolved purchases may postpone deletion until verification and delivery are resolved. This does not automatically erase local progress, current iCloud or Google Play Games saves, or store purchase records. Limited verification or fraud-prevention records may be retained as explained in the privacy policy and account deletion guide.
9. Availability and changes
Updates and online services may be interrupted, for example for maintenance or technical problems. Changes may be needed for security, legal compliance or compatibility with platform services. Changes to paid content remain subject to applicable law, including notice and remedies where required. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to remove purchases or reduce your statutory rights. The date above identifies this version of the terms.
10. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights when a digital product is defective. Contact us if a purchase, reward or feature does not work as described. Store refund procedures do not remove any statutory claim you may have against the provider.
