Delete directly in the App
- Open Gate Rush.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete anonymous account and online data.
- Confirm the deletion and keep the App open until it reports that the process is complete.
This is the fastest method because the App can identify its own pseudonymous Firebase account without asking you for personal information.
Android purchases after deletion: Google Play Billing is disabled during the Android beta, so purchases are not currently available there. When purchases are enabled, a later Google Play purchase may create a new pseudonymous Firebase account for verification. The deletion update is available from Android 1.4.2 (21) and handles that new account. For help with an existing account, request deletion by email with your current account deletion code. This is separate from the one-time Creator Pack restriction. iOS StoreKit purchases do not create a Firebase account. When Google Play purchases are enabled, an unresolved purchase can postpone deletion until verification and delivery are resolved. If the connection fails, reconnect and retry deletion. Already granted coins, powerups, cosmetics and local progress are kept; Google Play Games saves and store purchases are not removed or refunded.
Request deletion without access to the App
In Gate Rush, open Settings → Privacy & Data → Account deletion code and tap the row to copy the code. Email Torvi Studio and include that code, whether you used Android or iOS, and the App version if known. The code contains only pseudonymous Firebase identifiers. It is not a password and does not contain local save data or payment information.
Because the account has no name or email address, the deletion code is normally required to locate the correct online records. If you no longer have the App or code, contact us anyway; we will explain whether the pseudonymous record can be identified safely from the information still available.
Email a deletion requestData that is deleted
- On iOS and Android: the pseudonymous Firebase account used for Creator Pack and its linked online claim records.
- On Android: legacy Firebase Cloud Save documents and identifiers associated with that account. Current Google Play Games saves are separate and are not deleted.
- Associated rate-limit records are removed. After the updated Android deletion completes, its deletion-request record and local deletion receipt are removed too; the separate Creator Pack prevention marker remains.
Data that is kept or not affected
- Local game progress, coins, hearts, power-ups, settings and rewards already stored on your device are not deleted by online-account deletion.
- Your personal Apple iCloud data, Google Play Games saves, Game Center and Play Games leaderboard records, and store purchase records controlled by Apple or Google are not deleted through this request.
- The Google Play purchase-verification ledger remains after account deletion to verify purchases and prevent reuse. It is not anonymised by deleting the account. It contains a one-way hash of the purchase token, pseudonymous Firebase UID and limited purchase status details; the raw purchase token is not stored in the ledger.
- Server logs and Analytics/advertising data are not deleted by this function; provider retention and privacy controls apply.
- A device-local Creator Pack fraud-prevention flag remains so the one-time reward cannot be claimed repeatedly after deletion. It is not sent to Torvi Studio or Firebase.
Retention and what happens afterwards
Verified online account data is deleted without undue delay, except where limited information must be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Any such exception is limited to what is necessary and retained only for the applicable period.
Deleting the Firebase account does not switch off or delete current Google Play Games Cloud Save or leaderboards. Manage or delete Play Games data separately through Google's Play Games controls.
